Needs Analysis and Consultation

A training need analysis is important to understand what is working well for your company, and what improvements may be required. It is critical to enable an organization to identify the gap between the existing level and the required level of performance to meet its strategic goals.

We help you understand where there may be knowledge gaps as well as reviewing current training materials that may need updating and improving. Our Consultants will conduct the Training Needs Analysis collaboratively, using the most appropriate systematic process, depending on the organizational situation, to identify the training requirements at the Organization, Job, and Individual levels.

The findings of the Training Needs Analysis will be coordinated at all levels to support the Organizational Strategy with recommendations for the short- and long-term training activities. Our Consultants will work with the organization’s Competency Model, and the Vision, Mission, Values, and Business Goals to structure the Training Needs into a consolidated Training Master Plan for the organization.
