Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and highly driven Sales Consultant to join our leading real estate and property business group in Oman. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting key operational activities whenever required.

This role demands excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to understand client needs while presenting the right property solutions. Individuals with GCC real estate experience will be preferred, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, property presentations, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct property site visits and guide clients through features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide clients with transparent, accurate information on property details, pricing, and legal processes.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to deal closure and handover.

3. Market Knowledge & Promotion

  • Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Support the marketing team with inputs on promotional strategies, campaigns, and events.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, open houses, roadshows, and corporate events.

4. Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, documentation, and property management teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Assist in preparing sales documents, agreements, and client files.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for property handover, snagging follow-ups, and after-sales support when required.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and client records.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer interactions through CRM or internal systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management review.
  • Track and monitor all leads and opportunities to ensure proper conversion.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate/property sales.
  • Experience in Oman or the wider GCC region is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Age should be below 35 years due to role requirements and market dynamics.
