Description:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Art Director (Deputy Manager level) to lead the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand visuals. With over 6 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of conceptual thinking, visual design expertise, and production oversight.
The Art Director will work closely with cross-functional teams and franchise partners to bring creative concepts to life—from ideation to final execution—across digital, print, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage campaign development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with franchise/product goals and target audience preferences.

Understand client briefs, business objectives, and target demographics to create impactful and on-brand visuals.

Collaborate with internal creative teams and account managers to brainstorm ideas and strategies.

Present and pitch creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and franchise clients.

Commission and coordinate with external creatives—photographers, illustrators, filmmakers—based on project requirements.

Scout, assess, and finalize shoot locations in coordination with the production team.

Participate in and contribute to meetings with production houses, directors, and other stakeholders.

Supervise post-production processes, including editing, to ensure final outputs meet creative and quality standards.

Provide direction and troubleshoot creative challenges, design inconsistencies, or workflow issues as needed.

Stay up to date with design trends, production technologies, and branding strategies.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in art direction, advertising, or creative leadership roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual storytelling, and multi-platform campaign work.

Excellent command over design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in managing photo/video shoots and working with external production teams.

Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
