Description:
We are seeking two experienced and client-focused Senior Client Servicing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relations, preferably within the advertising, branding, or marketing sector. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and support brand initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients (franchise partners), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Provide timely and effective communication with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Understand client requirements in depth and provide detailed briefs to the creative, digital, and production teams.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with client expectations.

Monitor client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

Contribute to brand awareness strategies by understanding client needs and identifying new opportunities.

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met.

Support event-related activities by coordinating with the production team and participating in execution when needed.

Prepare reports and documentation as required to track client interactions and campaign performance.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of advertising and marketing workflows is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
