Description:

We are seeking two experienced and client-focused Senior Client Servicing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relations, preferably within the advertising, branding, or marketing sector. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and support brand initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients (franchise partners), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Provide timely and effective communication with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

  • Understand client requirements in depth and provide detailed briefs to the creative, digital, and production teams.

  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with client expectations.

  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

  • Contribute to brand awareness strategies by understanding client needs and identifying new opportunities.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met.

  • Support event-related activities by coordinating with the production team and participating in execution when needed.

  • Prepare reports and documentation as required to track client interactions and campaign performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of advertising and marketing workflows is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • A team player with a proactive and client-first attitude.
