Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Executive – Digital and Social Media Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team at one of Oman’s leading automotive groups. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media, website management, performance marketing, and customer engagement.

This role requires a highly organized professional with deep knowledge of digital platforms, trends, and tools to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance the overall digital footprint of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

  • Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.

  • Monitor daily engagement and manage social community interactions.

  • Generate regular reports and analytics on performance metrics, trends, and KPIs.

  • Drive lead generation through targeted social media campaigns and monitor conversion funnels.

Website Management

  • Oversee the UX/UI aspects of the brand's websites and ensure optimal user experience.

  • Curate and update content regularly to ensure relevance and accuracy.

  • Work closely with external developers and agencies for website enhancements, maintenance, and performance optimization.

  • Analyze website performance and traffic data to drive improvements and SEO strategies.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Display, Remarketing, etc.).

  • Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance organic and paid reach.

  • Allocate and manage digital budgets across platforms for optimal ROI.

  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for brand endorsements and partnerships.

  • Coordinate live digital coverage for product launches, events, and showroom activations.

  • Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns with segmentation and personalization strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, trends, and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).

  • Strong creative thinking, content curation, and visual storytelling abilities.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
