We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on planning, developing, and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to promote real estate properties and services. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and market analysis—specifically within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings, projects, and services across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.

  • Create and maintain compelling content for websites, property listings, social media, brochures, and email campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.

  • Coordinate with sales and property teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Manage CRM tools and real estate listing platforms to ensure data accuracy and lead tracking.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Organize marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities as needed.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, marketing technologies, and platform changes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Proficient in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.

  • Experience with real estate listing portals (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, MagicBricks, etc.) and CRM systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Certification in Digital Marketing or Real Estate Marketing.

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Familiarity with video marketing and real estate photography/videography trends.
