Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Business Head to lead the Passenger Car Division of a renowned automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full-scale 3S operations (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) and will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Passenger Car Division in alignment with the group’s long-term vision.

  • Drive business expansion, new brand acquisition, and market penetration strategies.

  • Collaborate with OEMs to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive passenger car sales (retail & fleet) to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.

  • Develop and implement marketing and digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Monitor sales KPIs and ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Aftersales Operations

  • Ensure efficient and profitable operation of service workshops and spare parts departments.

  • Improve service quality, customer retention, and workshop utilization rates.

  • Oversee warranty, technical support, and customer care in line with OEM standards.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Full P&L responsibility for the division – drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.

  • Implement robust controls, systems, and reporting mechanisms for performance monitoring.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across sales, service, and parts.

  • Build a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and customer orientation.

  • Attract and retain top talent and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Champion a customer-centric culture across the division.

  • Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) through process excellence and staff training.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 20+ years of automotive dealership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing 3S operations.

  • Proven track record of managing P&L, driving sales, and turning around underperforming operations.

  • Deep understanding of the Middle East automotive market; experience in GCC/Oman market is highly desirable.

  • Strong OEM relationship management and experience in handling multiple automotive brands.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
