We are seeking an experienced Technical and Design Engineer to join our leading electrical switchgear manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design and production of electrical switchgear products, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, innovation, and practical team management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the design and technical teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity.
· Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing of electrical switchgear systems in compliance with industry standards.
· Provide technical guidance to the team on product development and troubleshooting.
· Ensure designs meet all relevant safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
· Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends to integrate innovative solutions into product designs.
Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of team members.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Design or related field).
· Minimum of 12 years of experience in the electrical switchgear manufacturing industry.
· Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
· Strong expertise in the design and development of electrical switchgear systems.
· Proficient in design software and CAD tools.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
